FAQ'S

How long do cluster lashes last?

Cluster lashes can last anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks, depending on how well you take care of them. The lifespan of your lashes will vary based on your natural lash growth cycle, lifestyle, and how gently you treat them. Proper aftercare, such as avoiding oil-based products and excessive rubbing, can help prolong their wear.

Are cluster lashes safe for my natural lashes?

Yes, cluster lashes are safe! Unlike strip lashes, which can be heavy on your natural lashes, cluster lashes are lighter and less likely to cause damage when applied properly. However, it’s important not to pick or tug on the lashes to avoid any harm to your natural lash line.

How do I remove them?

To remove your cluster lashes safely, we recommend using our gentle lash adhesive remover which is also included. Avoid pulling the lashes off, as this can damage your natural lashes. Make sure to clean your lash area before you apply a small amount of the remover along your lash line. Gently dab or massage the product into the adhesive to help break it down. Once the adhesive softens (this usually takes a few seconds), carefully lift or slide off your lash extensions. Finally, rinse the area if needed, and follow your regular aftercare routine. Always avoid contact with your eyes. If you're unsure, it’s best to have them professionally removed to ensure your lashes stay healthy.

Can I sleep with them on?

Yes, you can sleep with your cluster lashes on, but it's important to sleep on your back or avoid rubbing your eyes to prevent them from becoming misaligned or damaged. Using a silk or satin pillowcase can also help reduce friction and help preserve your lashes for a longer time.
